Unfinanced Requirement (UFR) FY10

Instructions:  Use the online form below to submit all of your unfinanced requirements.  Unfinanced requirements are required items which you did not receive funding for.  Like items may be consolidated.  For example, if you need 15 pairs of ACU trousers in three different sizes, enter 15 pairs of ACU trousers.  Additionally, each item will require a complete submission. i.e., if you need 10 pairs of boots, 12 pairs of low quarters and 30 ties; you need to complete three complete entries, one for each like item.  All unauthorized items will be disapproved.  The submission of a UFR does not mean funding has been approved.  You will receive separate information regarding the approval/disapproval of your submissions.  You can expect approval/disapproval confirmation on or about 1 Aug 10.  All approved UFRs must be executed prior to the end of this FY.  

When you select a priority (1 through 9) do not try to guess what the command's priorities will be.  Select a priority that identifies your units need.  Do not select all "1s" as you probably will not recceive sufficient funds to cover all your UFRs.  If you select All "1s" then I'll decide which one will be funded.

 Bottom line - if you have 3 UFRs you should have 1 through 3 listed as priorities.
